Guided the product strategy for Anteraja's public-facing digital assets, including their website, a B2B platform ("Bisnis Aja"), and highly-rated iOS & Android apps. I also integrated a shipping insurance feature for enhanced customer security.
Full-Stack Developer, QA, Project Manager
Spearheaded the development and management of a comprehensive logistics ecosystem for JETExpress. This suite of applications, including the core JETnet platform, customer-facing website, JetWallet, and a National Traffic Controller dashboard, streamlined business processes from label purchase to final delivery.
Product Manager
As Product Manager, I orchestrated the creation of a mobile-first retail ecosystem. This included a customer-facing order management app and a dedicated courier app, providing real-time delivery updates and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.
